A competitive salary is offered, as well as an impressive benefits package after a waiting period, and generous PTO.
Experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration preferred.
Excellent typing skills, Calendaring, Knowledge of Collier County Court system and e-filing are a must.
Requirements Scheduling client appointments for In person, telephone and Zoom/Teams calls.
Docketing & Calendaring expertise Collier County e-filing High attention to detail and organizational abilities Adobe, MS Office, Word and Outlook proficiency High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred Experience with Tabs and Practice Master a plus Must be able to operate basic office equipment.
