Marco Island, FL Hideaway Beach Club is a private gated community on the Gulf of Mexico.
142 acres of our 300 acres are Conservation protected areas.

Essential Functions The ARC and Common Ground Manager assists the Director of Land and Environmental with the overseeing and managing of the architectural review process and vendor management within Hideaway Beach Association.
They work closely with committee members and homeowners and contractors to ensure that proposed architectural changes comply with established guidelines and standards.
The Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of our community by managing the common ground vendor(s) and working with the golf Course Superintendent to complete items on the common grounds.
All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to world class member service.
II.
Job Tasks (Duties) 1.
Committee Coordination Facilitate and coordinate meetings of the architectural committee.
Provide guidance and support to committee members in their review process.
2.
Guideline Enforcement:
Ensure that proposed architectural changes comply with ARC Review Manual, ARC covenants, and restrictions.
Review and evaluate architectural plans, drawings, and applications for compliance.
3.
Monitor Construction Sites Monitor all construction sites daily with the focus on site cleanliness, silt fence installation /maintenance and vehicle parking etc.
Report discrepancies to the Director of Land and Environmental.
Provide effective communication and liaison with Contractors and Members.
Monitor and report any job site non-conformance issues to the Director of Land and Environmental Become conversant with and knowledgeable to apply the criteria contained in the ARC Design Criteria Manual including standard Hideaway ARC Check Lists and Agreement Forms Monitor existing improved home sites and report noticeable deterioration or lack of maintenance to the ARC Coordinator.
Occasionally direct traffic when vehicle unloading temporary blocks Hideaway's rights of way 4.
Landscape Vendor Management:
Oversee the landscaping contractor(s) in accordance with Hideaway's high standards.
Process invoices through Accounting and Finance.

Communication:
Act as a liaison between homeowners, the committee, and other relevant parties.
Communicate decisions, feedback, and requirements to homeowners and stakeholders.
6.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all architectural submissions, decisions, and correspondence.
Prepare reports and documentation for committee meetings and presentations.
7.
Education and Guidance:
Educate prospective homeowners about architectural guidelines and processes.
Provide guidance and assistance to homeowners in preparing their applications.
8.
Policy Development:
Assist in the development and revision of architectural guidelines and policies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements related to architectural review.
9.
Conflict Resolution:
Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes related to architectural submissions or decisions.
10.
Performs other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications Construction and permitting knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience in Community Management.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and zoning regulations.
Managing landscape vendors is a plus.
Understanding of native plants.
Understanding of agronomic conditions Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Knowledge of community association governance and regulations.
Ability to get along with people.
Responsible self-starter with the desire and willingness to take the imitative.
Skills Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
Highly organizes with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
Ability to interpret and evaluate architectural plans and drawings.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation and communication.

Experience:
