- Assisting guests during check in and check out - Informing guests of hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance their experience - Accommodating guest needs during their stay - Providing assistance over the phone answering guest inquiries/questions and directing to the appropriate contact - Resolving guest issues and complaints to guest satisfaction - Engaging with guests to build a connection and anticipating the guest's needs and requests.
-Inspecting rooms for guest check ins/ outs.
Ideal candidate has a positive and upbeat personality and is focused on exceeding guest exceptions.
Prior experience of exceptional customer service skills is required as well as strong communication skills and basic office administration skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in the hospitality field.
Computer proficiency and understanding of basic office applications.
Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
