Is capable of lifting supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities:
Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating and maintaining a positive image of the school.
Receives and refers visitors, takes telephone calls and messages, and provides routine information upon request.
Assists in all aspects of maintaining a professional and structured front area, including but not limited to, fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members in a timely, professional manner, as well as filing, copying, and communicating sensitive information.
Receives, opens, unpacks, dates, stamps (when necessary), records, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, documents, books, materials, and supplies, following established procedures.
Sorts and stamps out-going correspondence, addresses envelopes and packages, and prepares printed matter and other material for mailing.
Types routine correspondence, reports, and other office documents from sources such as rough drafts, notes, and verbal instructions.
Assists the Athletics and Activities Department with clerical and organizational tasks.
Effectively performs all other duties as assigned by Principal, Office Administrator, and/or Leadership Team.
Supervision:
Reports to the Principal and Office Administrator.
